In person trainings group and one-on-one are held on Sundays. One-on-one classes can also be accommodated on Saturdays. Once your deposit is paid online, you will receive an email from Vannesa to secure your date of choice based on availability. Balance payment will be collected in person at the date of class.

Online trainings are available Monday -Sunday. After you have paid for the class in full online, Vannesa will email you to secure your date and time of choice based on availability. You must download the Zoom application to take the online course via cellphone, iPad, or computer. On the day of your online course, Vannesa will email/text a link for you to enter the class. An email will also be sent to access your training manual.
