This is our longest lasting lash lift. Our Mineral Boost Lash Lift has the exact same formula as our traditional keratin lash lift except we are adding on this exclusive mask. In this lash lift treatment, there are 4 products applied versus 3. Permalift™ Mineral Boost is the first product of its kind in the world! Our unique and patented formula contains 16 active ingredients (28 total ingredients) that target intensive growth of lashes. This unique combination of ingredients promotes new hair growth and activates dormant hair follicles. This special mineral boosting mask will also extend the longevity of your lash lift for up to 3 weeks. It will also prevent lashes after being lifted from going in different directions during the growing out process.
Immediately after the treatment, your lashes will feel heavily conditioned and hydrated, relieving the lashes of any dryness or inflammation caused by stress or damage to the lash bed. Coated with a sensational mineral gloss, your lashes will radiate health and be purified of any bad toxins allowing the full effect of the treatment to be absorbed restoring shine and nourishment.
Targeting conditions like Trichotillomania, anxiety, and ageing, Permalift™ Mineral Boost works by injecting the lash follicles and continues to work over three weeks to provide maximum protection, strength, and hydration. Extremely noticeable longer, fuller, and thicker lashes will emerge from this treatment. The hair will expand in width, volume, and length, drastically creating nutrified hair fibers.
This treatment is vegan, environmentally friendly, cruelty free, sulfate free, sodium bromate free, and low odor. Gentle Ph level, chemicals that are used are of the highest quality grades only. Developed in Sweden.
If you have extremely short lashes, we recommend you purchase our lash serum to grow your lashes until they are a suitable length for this treatment.
Lasts 6 - 12 weeks depending on lash cycle and aftercare.
Who is a good candidate for our lash lifts?
In most cases if you have healthy, full, short to long lashes you are a great candidate for a lash lift. There are some lashes that are not suitable for our lash lift treatments. If the lashes are extremely short, thin, or curly, you are NOT a good candidate for a lash lift. When you lift these types of lash hair, sadly the result is poor, and the lift will not last long. We take pride in quality over quantity. We want to make sure you are getting a great result for the price. We have a solution for those who are wanting to grow out their lashes using our lash serum and conditioner. When you combine both and use them for 2-3 months you will see a huge difference in your lash length and thickness. We recommend this to anyone who wants thicker, longer lashes.
What do I do to prepare for my lash lift appointment?
Please come to your appointment with clean lashes. Meaning no eye makeup or mascara on or near the eyes/lashes. Please avoid wearing any foundation, concealer or creams on or near the eye area. Failure to do so may affect the result of your lift. We also recommend removing contacts if they will bother you during the lash lift process.
How long will my lash lift and Tint last?
Results vary based on the length, fullness, thickness, and growth structure of your natural lashes, but the results from your lash lift last approximately 4 to 8 weeks with our traditional keratin lash lift. Results vary depending on your lash cycle, aftercare, and what lash lift treatment you choose. Our Mineral Boost Lash Lift treatment lasts longer between 6 to 12 weeks. The lash tint will last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. Once the tint fades you can schedule an appointment to get them re-tinted.
When should I come in again to get another lash lift?
It is recommended that you come in after 8 weeks to get another lash lift. A whole lash cycle averages 60 days. By 2 months most of your lashes should have grown out or shedded and new lashes have grown in. If most of your lashes are straight again that is a good indicator that you are ready for another lash treatment.
I had my lash lift done at a different salon or by another person and they were over processed or damaged; can I still get a lash lift at Lash Love Beauty Bar?
Yes! Depending on the condition of your lashes and when the previous lash lift was completed. In most cases we should be able to fix the lashes and get them nourished back to health. After a lash lift treatment is completed to fix the bad lash lift, all clients will need to purchase a lash serum and aftercare conditioner. These are needed in order to nourish the lashes to their original state. Many over processed or damaged lashes from bad lash lifts become extremely dehydrated, short and brittle. Our lash serum will help the lashes to grow long and full combined with our aftercare conditioner to prevent lash breakage, lash fallout and strengthen the lash hair. We call this the LASH FIX IT KIT!
Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes?
No! As long as you have an experienced lash artist who is experienced with the lash lift process you will not have any damage to your natural lashes. All of our lash lift products are created in Europe with top quality ingredients. All of our lash lifts are non- toxic, formalin free, paraben free, no formaldehyde, and cruelty free. Aftercare is also extremely important to follow once you have had your lash lift.
I just had my lash lift done and I got them wet or accidentally slept on them or they curled too much, went back straight. What should I do?
It is completely normal to have one or three lashes crisscross but if you have gotten them wet before the 48 hours or they got kinked from you sleeping on your sides or on your face, they curled into the eyelid or went back completely straight then we are able to fix them after 48 hours. Please try to comb through them first and if that doesn’t work then make sure to contact us within the first three days after your treatment and we will schedule you to come in. If you feel your lashes lifted too much, you are able to apply coconut oil at night for the first two weeks and that will loosen the curl. Please note that NO REFUNDS are given on any services performed.
I have a wedding, special occasion, trip coming up and I have never had a lash lift or extensions. Which one should I book for and when should I book?
If you have never had extensions applied or a lash lift before and or have a special event, then we recommend booking 1-2 weeks before the event. If you book right before an event and are not completely satisfied with the result then we may not have the time available to squeeze you in at the last minute for a fix or change of service. If you are unsure on what service to choose whether a lash lift or extensions it depends on what look you are wanting to achieve and how much maintenance you are wanting. A lash lift is more of a natural look, enhancement whereas lash extensions are more of a dramatic look similar to strip lashes. If you are a bride and are doing a natural bride look with minimal makeup we recommend a lash lift. If you are doing a more glamorous makeup look for your wedding we recommend lash extensions.
What lash lift should I choose: Keratin Lash Lift or Mineral Boost Lash Lift?
All of our lash lifts will give the same lifting result. If you are wanting your lash lift to last longer, we recommend the Mineral Boost Lash Lift. This treatment will last approximately three weeks longer and includes an extra mask that treats the lashes. Whereas our Keratin Lash Lift Treatment does not include this special mineral boosting mask. Please DO NOT book for any lash lift if your lashes are extremely short as we will not be able to lift them. A serum is recommended to use for two months before booking an appointment.
Can I swim, shower, exercise, apply any makeup/skincare or visit a spa with a lash lift?
Yes, after 48 hours you can resume all activities and routines. You can shower, swim, exercise etc. and it will not affect your lash lift. If you are going to be in pool water, salt water or you’ve been sweating from your face we recommend you comb through your lashes right after to prevent tangling and use an aftercare conditioner. You can apply eye makeup and you can wear mascara on top of your lash lift. Any mascara brand is acceptable, but a conditioning mascara is recommended to make the lash lift last longer. We have a variety of conditioning mascaras in store to purchase. We do not recommend waterproof mascara, oil-based products such as skincare, oils, eyeliner, or foundations on or near the eye area. These oil-based products will cause the lash lift to fall. Castor oil is the only acceptable oil to use because it is a dense/thick oil. Castor oil helps hydrate and promotes growth. We also recommend ONLY using oil free makeup remover to remove makeup.
How do I take care of my lash lift?
During the initial 48 hours of a Lash Lift and Tint
- Be gentle with your lashes.
- Do not wet your lashes
- Avoid steam, hot showers, facials, saunas, and swimming pools
- Avoid makeup, facewash, shampoos and any harsh products
- Do not use lotions, creams, oils or makeup remover wipes
After 48 hours
- SLEEP: Avoid sleeping face down. Sleeping on your back is best to avoid pressing against the lashes, which may cause misdirection, tangles, kinks, and unevenness.
- FACE WASH: Oil-free products are recommended after the initial 48 hours. Oily products may cause the lashes to lose their lift prematurely and straighten back out. Avoid coconut oil on the lashes unless you want to loosen the curl.
- MASCARA/CONDITIONER: Avoid waterproof mascara, since removing it requires a lot of rubbing it can cause the lift to fall. Use black mascara that contains keratin, castor oil, arginine, and biotin. Conditioning the lashes is extremely important. You will condition the lashes once daily, morning or night. The aftercare conditioner will promote strong, healthy lash growth and help the lash lift last longer. Using your aftercare conditioning mascara will not only extend the life of your lash lift but it will help prevent lash breakage and lash fallout. And of course, you can ditch the lash curler. Another option you can use for aftercare conditioning is castor oil. You can apply the castor oil (any brand) after 48 hours on clean lashes at night. In the morning you MUST wash the lashes. This is a dense, thick, sticky oil if you do not wash your lashes in the morning it will cause them to be stuck together. Most people use the aftercare conditioner for its easier application.
- BRUSH: Make sure to brush your lashes every day to keep them in their desired shape and prevent them from tangling and growing out in weird directions.
- FOLLOW UP: Lash Lift treatments can last up to 3 months, the entire life cycle of your lashes. This treatment can be scheduled in 8-10 weeks to maintain the ‘lift’.
