Salon Policies
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance; we want you to love your lashes, brows and your experience at Lash Love Beauty Bar. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to rectify the issue.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance or the booking system will automatically charge a fee. Any notice less than 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be considered a NO-SHOW and will be charged full price of the service. We are aware, emergencies, illness and unforeseen circumstances can happen but unfortunately our system does NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS.
Appointment confirmations are sent to your email and text 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment or respond to texts from the artist 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you risk having your appointment cancelled. Appointment reminders to confirm are sent multiple times via text and email until your appointment is confirmed. When canceling /rescheduling less than the 24 hour notice or not responding to text confirmations, it impacts Lash Love Beauty Bar and the opportunity to service other clients.
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will have to be canceled. A $50 fee will automatically be charged. You can rebook your appointment directly with the artist or make a new appointment online.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay debit and cash. We do not accept checks.
All appointments must be booked online with a valid card in order to complete your booking. If you do not have a valid card number we will not be able to book your appointment. If you are unable to book an appointment online please text us at 515-207-2991. If you are needing to book two different services on the same day or are needing to book for more than one person please text us. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment please text us. If you are needing to speak with an artist please leave a voicemail with your full name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
OUTSIDE FILLS FOR LASHES
We do not perform refill services on work that was done from another outside salon/artist. If you currently have lash extensions on from another salon/artist, you must have them removed and have a consultation before receiving your first full set service with us (lash removal fee will apply). We encourage you when booking to allow yourself sufficient time and not bringing children or extra people to your appointment. We want to give you the best service possible and direct all of our time to you during your appointment.
